Security Deposit:
Customers are required to pay € 2.500 security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation happens 45 days or more prior to check in , 100% of the reservation deposit will be retained; for cancellations with lesser notice, the full rental fee will be retained

Villa Zacconi is a handsome villa that has recently been sensitively restored so that its original character and features have been retained, yet it is also very comfortable
We have just returned from a fabulous week at Villa Zacconi. This was a family multigenerational trip. Villa Zacconi worked perfectly.
