Location

Villa Zacconi is situated at 1,5 km from the village of Camaiore where there are shops, bars, restaurants and a medium sized supermarket.
Lido di Camaiore, the well-known Versilia seaside resort offering a wide range of services for tourists, is just 15 km away. The villa is also 20 minutes' drive from the city of Pietrasanta, with its beautiful old town and the several artistic and gastronomic events.
The premium shopping village of  Forte dei Marmi and other famous seaside resorts of Versilia (such as Viareggio and Marina di Pietrasanta) are just a few km away. 
The Versilia coast – i.e. the great temple of entertainment by night –  is dotted with some exclusive seaside establishments, largely equipped with amenities and services, in order to satisfy every kind of tourist needs.

Close to the villa are located some  major Tuscan cities of art: Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Siena.
In the nearby Lucca (30 km) takes place every Summer Lucca Summer Festival (music festival that hosts within its great walls bands and solo artists of national and international value) and every Autumn Lucca Comics & Games (the most important Italian exhibition, second in Europe and third in the world, dedicated to comics, animation, games, video games and fantasy and science fiction imagery).
Lucca territory (called “Lucchesia”) offers several wineries, where you can taste typical local wines. 
For sports lovers, we suggest to reach the 18-hole golf course (available within 40 minutes’ drive).
